 Start prepping for the Halloween spirit by needle felting your very own decor from 2:30-4:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 19, at Piedmont Arts. Join instructor Belle Thomas as she guides you through the process of felting a 3D cauldron. Learn the basics of 3D felting, be creative with your cauldron design and discover more tools to further your felting knowledge. Choose from three cauldron colors or mix and match for some extra fun. Join us for my very last class at Art on 1st to repurpose any older clothes or to decorate a cloth tote bag you may have laying around. If you do not have anything laying around to use, no worries, I will have extras for you to choose from to felt onto. Many designs to choose from and you will get guided on how to felt into clothing or fabric. Felting supplies and designs are included. Email me to sign up.

 Discover the fun of felted painting with instructor Belle Thomas at her final class at Piedmont Arts from 2:30-4:30 p.m., Friday, Oct. 10. Each student will learn the steps to "paint" with wool and create their own pumpkin patch painting. You will learn new felting techniques, how to blend roving colors and how different textiles help bring your piece to life. All supplies are included.
